Delivery Information
We want your Future Hooper products to reach you as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our delivery service.
1. Delivery Options

Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. We are unable to ship to international destinations at this time. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
3. Dispatch Times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
4. Tracking Your Order
We offer two delivery options: 48h Tracked and Royal Mail 2nd Class (untracked). If you choose 48h Tracked delivery, your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
Please note that Royal Mail 2nd Class is not tracked, so we recommend choosing 48h Tracked if you would like to follow your parcel's progress.
5. Late or Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the following:
- Check with neighbours in case the parcel was left with them
- Check any safe place you may have specified
- Check for a missed delivery card from the carrier
If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate immediately. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a delivery is not made within 30 days (or within an agreed timeframe), you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
6. Risk During Transit
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you. If goods are lost or damaged during transit, the responsibility lies with us, not you. Please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Delivery Charges at Checkout
All delivery charges are clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. The total price you see at checkout — including delivery — is the price you will pay.
